Earth and Environmental Sciences Fund

This is an unrestricted fund used to support the academic mission of the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences. Your gift to this fund will provide support in a variety of areas including new programs and initiatives; faculty and graduate student recruitment; and speakers and special events that will broaden the educational experiences of our students.

Kelvin Rodolfo Endowed Scholarship Fund

Kelvin Rodolfo is a geologist who taught in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences (formerly Geological Sciences) from 1966 to 1994 (Instructor to Full Professor), when he retired. Importantly, he was also known for encouraging undergraduate majors in their studies and pursuit of careers in the Earth and environmental sciences. Larry Lunardi, one of those former undergraduates, has initiated the Kelvin Rodolfo Scholarship in honor of his dedication in supporting the undergraduate majors.

The scholarships are being awarded to students who have specific career goals related to the major in Earth and Environmental Sciences, as a way to continue Professor Rodolfo's legacy of encouraging undergraduates to use their degree in the broad area of geoscience.
