Each year, executive officers are required to evaluate all faculty and staff, both open range civil service and academic professionals (but excluding spouses and partners), who report to them. Departments will have their own processes for collecting information and for conducting these evaluations. If there is a salary increase program for that year, salary increase recommendations are to be made by the Executive Officer and sent to the Dean’s Office by the requested deadline. Specific instructions and guidance will be communicated by the College.
